Floral Anthology is owned by Letitia Potts and Letitia has been gathering flowers most of her life.
Letitia had a vision to open her own store, sell beautiful, fresh flowers and delight her customers with great service. She opened Floral Anthology in 2018.
The charming store stocks a variety of premium quality flowers, stunning indoor plants and unique gifts and hampers.
“Straight after high school I enrolled at uni to do a science degree. Within 6 weeks, I realised uni and studying weren’t for me. I thought maybe I could do horticulture.
Growing up, I spent weekends at a farm. A neighbour, a lovely woman, worked at a florist. She inspired my creativity. I thought I could be a florist, why not give it a go.
Over the last 25 years, I worked in busy and beautiful florist shops throughout the Illawarra. I evolved and emerged from each of those environments coming closer to realising my dream and eventually opening my own florist shop/empire! From those early days I always knew it would happen.
Always follow your heart and listen to that voice in your head. When you find your true calling, in my case creating and becoming a florist, it never feels like work.
It’s a passion to create something beautiful for my customers. I want my customers to have access to flowers no matter what their budget.
It makes me happy to hear the stories and reasons my customers buy flowers. Intuitively, I create the magic for the flowers to do the talking.”
